In most states a notary public or other trusted individual who has accepted the role typically evidenced by a signed agreement.

It’s great to get at least 24-48 hours lead time when booking appointments. You can to book up to 30 days in advance. Appointments requested less than 24 hours are short notice. Charges increase as the lead time gets shorter. The exception is Platinum subscribers.

No. I-9's do not require notarization or the presence of a notary.
They DO require an authorized representative of the company to verify the validity of the identity/residence documents presented by the new hire. Our mobile agents can serve this role on your behalf in all 50 states.

In most cases, your remote hire will have either a paper or electronic onboarding packet prepared by you.

At the appointment, the authorized representative will verify the new hire’s identity and eligibility. They will witness these two components and sign on behalf of the company.

In the case of an electronic packet, a signed paper copy will be scanned and sent to the email address designated with the order. Turnaround is 24 hours or less.

Generally cities where the population is at least 250,000.

Out of metro travel is flat dollar amount per 50 miles from the city limits of a metro area. Charges vary by subscription plan. There are no travel charges for Platinum subscribers.

Scanning, printing, delivery to Post Office, delivery to Fedex/UPS/DHL can be requested with your appointment.

Subscriptions include a specific number of appointments which are good for up to 3 years. Unused appointments at the end of a year are available to you whether or not you renew your subscription. Appointments expire 3 years from the date of purchase.

We define wait time as the unexpected time requested of our agent to perform or complete the appointment. As examples,

1. Appointment is booked for 6:00 pm and the contact does not arrive until 6:30. A wait time of 30 minutes.

2. Agent is asked to wait as contact takes a 25 minute business call. A wait time of 30 minutes.

When your plans change, let us know as soon as possible.

If we need to rebook/reschedule an appointment, the Single plan and Silver plan include a charge for each change request. Gold and Platinum plans: included at no charge.

Cancelling an appointment at least 24 hours in advance is fine. More lead time is always better for us and our agents.

Single appointments, booked without a subscription, incur a 50% charge for less than 24 hour cancellation notice. The 50% is of the total order–including any charges for short notice booking, travel, and rescheduling fees to date.

Silver Plan = 35% of total order, Gold = 15% of total order.
No charges for Platinum subscribers.

If you are booking an appointment without a subscription, E&O insurance is available as an option for $50. Coverage is up to $1 million. You must request and prepay for insurance at the time of order for coverage to take effect.

Email or text notifications are available. We gather your preferences when you order.

We have a multi-step process which includes a phone screen, an online profile review and a reference check. We also prefer to use agents we already have long working history with.

We accept major debit or credit cards at this time.

Once you place your appointment we will assign your order to a friendly account executive who will make sure everything goes smoothly.

Orders can be submitted anytime between 7AM EST (4AM PST) and 1AM Pacific (10 PM PST)
A notary will typically meet with your new hire between the hours of 8AM to 8PM in any time zone.
